Kubas Kos Gałkowski Law Firm was materially involved in the process of implementing the possibility to pursue claims in group proceedings into the Polish legal system, modelled after the American class action since the very beginning of the legislative process of the Act of 17 December 2009 on Pursuing Claims in Group Proceedings.
