On 18 May, the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan hosted a scientific conference entitled ‘The Ineffectiveness of Legal Actions in Bankruptcy and Rehabilitation Law’. The agenda of the event presented issues stirring particular doubts. The legal regulations currently in force were evaluated and directions for legislative changes were put forth.

The event was accompanied by a poster session, with Wojciech Wandzel, attorney-at-law and partner at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, and Anna Paluch, associate at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, appeared as speakers in the session. The subject of their presentation was the issue of the mode and priority of satisfying a creditor in a revocative action in light of a declaration of a third party’s bankruptcy following the initiation by a creditor in a revocative action of enforcement proceedings against the debtor.
