Barbara Jelonek-Jarco, PhD, co-managing partner at KKG, is set to speak at the upcoming “Drafting Effective International Contracts – How to Tailor Liability and Ringfence Risks in International Sales and Distribution Contracts” seminar in Prague on April 18-19.

Together with Benjamin Strauss and Ulrich Muenzer, she will share insights on the impact of applicable law and jurisdiction on damages with a particular focus on the recognition of foreign decisions and limitations regarding punitive damages.
