On 24 October, the webinar “Construction and/or Extension of PV Systems from 50 to 150 kW in the Light of New Regulations”, organised by the Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers, took place with two presentations:

  • “Status of the Legal Regulations for the Construction and Extension of PV systems up to 150 kW” – Patrycja Wysocka, partner and co-head of the Energy and Natural Resources Desk at KKG, and Aneta Pawłowska, senior associate at KKG,
  • “Practical and Theoretical Aspects of Building and Expanding a Photovoltaic Power Plant up to 150kWp” – Robert Maczionsek, Vice President for Technology and Training of the Polish Photovoltaic Industry Association PV.

The webinar discussed the legal aspects related to the entry into force of the changes introduced by the Act of 17 August 2023, Amending the Act on Renewable Energy Sources and Certain Other Acts. The webinar discussed the current state of the law following the amendments, also in the context of the existing regulations.

It also analysed the changes in the investor’s obligations related to the construction and development of renewable energy facilities resulting from both the Construction and Energy Act.
