Attorney at law. Specialises in substantive and procedural civil law. Cooperates with the team handling real estate law and litigation in the field of civil law, as well as extensively understood business law. Moreover, his areas of interest include competition and combating unfair competition law, construction law and constitutional law, and specific aspects of criminal law.
Has experience in conducting complex court proceedings, e.g. for real estate companies, as well as in the field of compensation claims. Participates in actions both at the pre-trial stage, during proceedings and in enforcement proceedings.
Participates in providing comprehensive legal assistance to business entities, including due diligence audits of both real estate and companies, and is also involved in preparing legal opinions assessing contractual and litigation risks.
