Experience

Attorney at law. Specialises in civil procedural and substantive law.

As part of her practice to date, she has participated in providing services to Polish and foreign clients, both at the negotiation stage as well as at the stage of litigation (arbitration) and subsequent enforcement proceedings. Cooperates with the litigation practice team. Has co-created effective litigation strategies in complex civil law disputes. Provides corporate services to commercial law companies - including drafting and analysing contracts, drafting legal opinions and audits. Has experience in corporate disputes before state and arbitration courts, resolving conflicts between shareholders and company bodies or liability issues of managers, as well as conducting due diligence of companies.

Her interests also extend to private international law and medical law. Her work experience was also gained abroad - first by studying and later by practising at a law firm in Lisbon.
