The first meeting of the Krakow Bar Association’s Civil and Commercial Litigation Practice Section for the 2020-2024 term was held on 11 January. The inaugural lecture, titled “Res judicata in Civil Proceedings”, was delivered by UJ Professor Dr hab. Andrzej Kubas.
Andrzej Olaś, PhD, attorney-at-law, was appointed Chair of the Section, while Maciej Durbas, PhD, of counsel and co-leader of the arbitration practice at KKG, was appointed Deputy Chair.
