On June 10–11, Warsaw hosted the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2026 – the largest conference and career fair for women in STEM, technology, and IT in Europe.
This year, nuclear energy was also an important part of the program – a sector that, in the coming years, will require not only new technologies, investments, and regulations, but above all, people ready to help build it from the ground up.
We were pleased to see the involvement of Patrycja Nowakowska from KKG Legal, who actively contributed to the Summit’s energy-related agenda.
Patrycja served on the Energy Advisory Board, co-organized the Nuclear Zone “Nuclear. Powered by Women”, prepared by Women in Nuclear Polska, co-hosted the workshop “How to Enter the Nuclear Sector – Career Pathways” together with Katarzyna Kalend, and moderated the panel discussion “Nuclear Energy: From Lab to Building the Future”.
The discussions confirmed that the development of nuclear energy goes far beyond projects, technology, and financing. It also means building an entire ecosystem of expertise – from science and research, engineering, safety, and project management to communications, legal and regulatory frameworks, and international cooperation.
The Women in Tech Summit created a space where the future of energy could be discussed from a broader perspective: through the lens of technology, leadership, diverse career paths, and the real-world experiences of people who are already contributing to the energy transition today.
Thank you to everyone who joined the conversations in Warsaw.
