As part of the Asset Recovery CEE 2026 conference, held during the WDD, Maciej Durbas, PhD, a partner at KKG Legal, participated in a panel discussion on the region’s most significant fraud and corruption scandals and the key lessons they offer for legal and business practice.
The panel provided an opportunity to examine these issues from the perspective of disputes, investigations, asset recovery, and risk management in complex cross-border cases.
