On 13 September, Commercial Companies Code - Latest Legal Changes online conference, organised by the Puls Biznesu, took place. The meeting was devoted to the most significant reform of the Commercial Companies Code in twenty years.

The new regulations introduce comprehensive norms concerning 'groups of companies' into the Polish legal system and revolutionary changes in the principles of internal supervision by supervisory boards in capital companies.
