The annual Assembly of Arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration at the Confederation of Lewiatan in Warsaw was held on 15 September. The meeting participants debated the extent to which arbitrators are bound by substantive law, as well as proposed amendments to the Court's Rules of Procedure.
