On 14 September, the "What Can We Do as Attorneys to Fix the Polish Civil Trial?" meeting took place. It was organised by the Civil and Commercial Litigation Practitioners Section of the Krakow Bar Association.
The discussion featured leading Polish trial lawyers with many years of experience who discussed how to change the Polish civil trial from the bottom up without reforming the CCP. The guests shared their thoughts and practical insights from the courts on the fundamental ills of the Polish civil process.
The meeting was chaired by Andrzej Olaś, PhD, Chair of the Section, and Maciej Durbas, PhD, Deputy Chair - of counsel and co-leader of the arbitration desk at the KKG.
