The 12th Jagiellonian Colloquium, organised by the Jagiellonian University Chair of Civil Law, was held on 1 July.
The topic of the conference was developer law after the entry into force of the new Act of 20 May 2021 on the protection of the rights of a buyer of a residential unit or single-family home and the Developers Guarantee Fund (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1177).
Barbara Jelonek-Jarco, PhD, a KKG partner, spoke on a panel on buyer protection during the investment execution process and delivered a lecture on the disclosure of claims under the development agreement in the land and mortgage register.
