On 30 June, #YoungITATalks Cracow, a meeting addressed to young practitioners interested in arbitration, took place. The event was organised by Young ITA – an organisation promoting the involvement of young professionals in the international arbitration community.
One of the moderators of the discussion “Arbitrators and Counsels’ Do’s and Dont’s” was Maciej Durbas, PhD, of counsel, co-leader of the Arbitration Desk at KKG. Participants discussed, among others, the psychological, social, and organisational aspects of arbitration.
