How to effectively manage risk in an organization by balancing law and economics? This was discussed at the conference Enterprise Risk Management - Legal and Economic Perspective, organized by the Warsaw School of Economics, the Warsaw Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors, and the Polish Association of Corporate Lawyers on October 23, 2025.
Koleta Czapiewska, an attorney-at-law and senior associate at KKG Legal, hosted the event and started a discussion on how law and economics can work together to help entrepreneurs manage risks effectively.
During the conference, participants had the opportunity to listen to speeches and debates on topics including:
