On October 22, the Implementation of Residential Investments conference was held in Katowice, bringing together experts from the development, construction and legal industries. Discussions focused on key legal, financial, and technological aspects that shape the investment process in the housing market.

During the event, Agata Ziobroń and Wojciech Dobroś, senior associates at KKG Legal, discussed issues related to risks arising from atypical or unexpected entries in land registries and how to identify and mitigate them already at the investment planning stage. The speech was well received by the participants, for whom legal security issues are an important part of the preparation and implementation of development projects.

Conference participants were also able to visit KKG Legal's stand, which became a space to discuss practical aspects of handling development projects, risk management, and effective investment management.

We would like to thank the organizers for the invitation and all participants for valuable discussions and exchange of perspectives on the development of the housing investment market.
