We have joined the group of partners of the Family Business Law Center operating at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
The center is the first academic unit in Poland to focus exclusively on family business issues - from succession to the legal framework to day-to-day management. KKG Legal's cooperation with the Center involves joint scientific and promotional initiatives, as well as developing research in the areas of foundation law and private client business practice.
The agreement was signed by Prof. Konrad Osajda, PhD, head of the Center, and Julita Zawadzka, PhD, who, as a representative of KKG Legal, has joined the Center's Associates. In turn, our Wealth Management | Managerial Contracts | Family Foundations practice gains additional strong scientific support and will be able to draw on and contribute to the Center's achievements on an ongoing basis.
The subject of family businesses is particularly close to our heart. Within this area, we support clients in various aspects, including succession planning, asset protection, and investment projects. This makes it all the more gratifying to work together to combine practical experience with scientific insight - and to work together to develop viable solutions for family businesses.
