In the coming academic year, Maciej Durbas, PhD, partner and leader of KKG Legal’s Arbitration Practice, will teach a new postgraduate course, “Effective Management of Legal Disputes” at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. As part of the lecture, he will talk about the arbitration clause, among other things.
The study program provides concrete, practical tools to successfully guide clients through every stage of a dispute - from negotiation, mediation, and arbitration to the courtroom. It also helps you get a better handle on the realities of working in a law firm or legal department.
Participants will gain not only knowledge, but more importantly, competencies that they will use in their daily practice - whether they are just starting their career or managing an experienced team. The quality of the program is supervised by a team of lecturers-practitioners with extensive experience gained at internationally renowned institutions.
The study partners are: GEMME Poland, the Court of Arbitration at the Confederation of Lewiatan, Dentons in Poland, and the Counsels of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Poland.
