On November 19, the meeting "Spill the tea: First M." was organized by the Construction and Real Estate Law Academic Circle of TBSP UJ, during which Barbara Jelonek-Jarco, PhD, talked about the key aspects of entering the housing market.

The event addressed the following topics:

  • the student housing market in the 2025 outlook,
  • the process of buying an apartment step by step,
  • practical rental tips,
  • new forms of accommodation,
  • proptech and transparency of transaction prices.

The meeting ended with a joint tea and exchange of experiences in a friendly, informal atmosphere.
