KKG Legal Experts among the Lecturers of the Nuclear Energy Postgraduate Program at the Warsaw School of Economics

On Sunday, January 25, as part of the 6th edition of the Nuclear Energy postgraduate program at the Warsaw School of Economics, a lecture on legal aspects of nuclear investments was held by Patrycja Wysocka, attorney at law, co-managing partner and leader of the Energy and Natural Resources Practice at KKG Legal, and Patrycja Nowakowska, counsel and expert of the Energy and Natural Resources Practice at KKG Legal.

The class discussed the regulatory environment of the nuclear sector, sources of domestic and international law, as well as the administrative process of implementing a nuclear power plant investment. Special attention was paid to legal instruments relevant from the perspective of SMR-type projects, as well as to key issues of contractual relations and local content.

The Nuclear Energy postgraduate program at SGH combines legal, economic, technological, environmental and communications perspectives to meet the needs of Poland's growing nuclear power sector.

Qualified personnel is one of the biggest challenges for the Polish nuclear sector. By combining academic knowledge with practice, we are building real resources for the country's energy security.
