On 22 June, the webinar "Business Succession: Is it Worth Using the Provisions of the Family Foundation", organised by the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers, was held.
The presenters were Grzegorz Pobożniak, partner at KKG, Michal Wszołek, senior associate at KKG and Michal Popera, associate at KKG, who spoke about the advantages and disadvantages regarding business succession solutions, family foundations, their characteristics, essence and objectives, as well as the property rights of beneficiaries and an outline of the taxation of benefits.
The meeting also touched on the conditions for setting up and operating a family foundation, as well as the benefits stemming from them.
