From 16 to 17 June, Krakow hosted the United States and Central & Eastern Europe (US-CEE) Connection Weekend: the Future of Transatlantic Investment, with guests including lawyers, business people, and government officials. The deliberations focused on the past, present, and future potential of investment flows between North America and Poland.
During the second day of the event, Rafał Kos, PhD, took part in the panel “US Investment in CEE: Benefits, Obstacles, and Solutions” and discussed, among other things, the reasons why US investors and entrepreneurs are interested in doing business in Central Europe.
The event was organised by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and the Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
