The 21st International Conference, Exhibition and Technology Show “Trenchless Engineering”, held on 13-15 June, brought together representatives of key companies from Poland and Europe. In the frames of the event, participants attended practical workshops, expert lectures, a discussion panel with investors, contractors, and manufacturers, an industry exhibition and technology demonstrations. Arbitration as an alternative to traditional litigation was discussed by Maciej Durbas, PhD, partner at the KKG law firm, who gave a lecture entitled ‘Effective Dispute Resolution in Construction. Why It Is Worth ‘Entering Into’ Arbitration.’
