On 28 August, Marek Topór, PhD, senior associate at KKG, delivered a paper entitled "Dispute Over the Existence of a Shareholder's Claim for Reflexive Damages" during the National Conference "Commercial Law and Financial Markets. Poland - Europe - World".
The main objective of the conference was to discuss commercial law and financial markets in the perspective of the generally applicable domestic law, foreign legal orders, international regulations, as well as comparative and doctrinal considerations. The event was organised by the Center For European Studies and the Center For American Studies in cooperation with the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
