On 17-18 June 2021, the Fifth National Meeting of the Chairs of Private International Law was held under the theme International Civil and Commercial Transactions.
During the first day of the conference, Marek Topór, PhD, senior associate at Kubas Kos Galkowski, discussed the topic of the law applicable to an arbitration agreement in international commercial arbitration.
The event was organised by the Chair of Private International Law and the Institute of Civil Procedure of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and the Chair of Civil, Economic and Private International Law of the Krakow University of Economics.
