On 30 September, Patrycja Nowakowska, a senior associate at KKG, conducted a workshop as part of the Women's Power Academy at the Women's Rights Centre in Kraków.
The subject of the workshop was the basic legal issues related to parental authority and contact with the child. The participants discussed, among others, the relation between the two legal institutions, as well as possible rights of parents to limit or terminate parental authority and contact. It also addresses the issue of evidence in court proceedings concerning parental authority and contact with the child.
