Legal risks, new EU regulations, the future of consumer credit, and the challenges facing the banking sector—these are just some of the topics discussed during the 13th Banking Law Congress, which took place on June 10–11.
KKG Legal once again participated in the Congress, this year supporting the event as a General Partner.
The conference brought together representatives from the banking sector, regulatory authorities, public institutions, the academic community, and law firms, creating a forum for discussion on the most significant trends affecting the financial market.
The speakers included KKG Legal experts:
- Aleksandra Kuzawińska, attorney-at-law, senior counsel at KKG Legal, discussed banks’ disclosure obligations and the risks associated with variable interest rates in the context of the new preliminary rulings referred to the CJEU in cases concerning WIBOR.
- Wojciech Wandzel, attorney-at-law, a partner at KKG Legal, participated in a debate on the practical challenges of implementing the CCD2 Directive, sharing his experiences from both an advisory and a litigation perspective.
Thank you to the organizers and participants for the valuable discussions and exchange of experiences.
