On 19-22 September 2019 Muszyna hosted the National Congress of Chairs and Institutes of Civil Procedure entitled “Access to Legal Protection in Civil Court Proceedings”.

The main topics discussed during the Congress were: systemic and general issues; prerequisites for legal protection (capacity to participate in proceedings, legal interest, compliance with good practice); injunction and enforcement proceedings, the subjective and material scope of legal protection, access to means of appeal, and the right to evidence.

The event was organised by: the Jagiellonian University Faculty of Law and Administration Institute of Civil Proceedings; the University of Wrocław Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics Institute of Civil Proceedings of; the University of Szczecin Faculty of Law and Administration Institute of Civil Proceedings, the Scientific Society of Civil Processors.
