On April 19 and 24, a meeting on the reform of the CCP was held to discuss the practical approach to the changes being introduced.

One of the speakers was Maciej Durbas, PhD, LL.M., MCIArb, partner and co-leader of the arbitration desk at KKG, Deputy Chair of the Civil and Commercial Litigation Practitioners Section at the Krakow Bar Association, the organiser of the event.
