Dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan with a Paper at the 11th Congress of the Chairs of Commercial Law

On 21-22 September Warsaw hosted the 11th Congress of the Chairs of Commercial Law. The leading theme of the event was ‘In Search for an Optimum Model of a Commercial Company Governance – Effectiveness of Management and Supervision’.
The event saw participation from Dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan, of counsel at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, who in the frames of the Congress opening panel delivered a paper entitled ‘KSH 2.0? The Polish Model of Corporate Governance on the International Market of Capital and Ideas’.
The leading motif of the Congress was a search for an optimum model of commercial company governance and effectiveness of management and supervision.
