Experience
Attorney trainee. Specialises in substantive civil law, company law and energy law, with a particular focus on renewable energy law. He works with a team providing comprehensive legal services to businesses in the energy sector.
He has experience in energy law, particularly in cases related to property rights arising from certificates of origin of energy and energy efficiency certificates, unbundling and proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office. In addition, his scientific interests include sports law (in his career to date, he has cooperated with football clubs), securities law, insurance law (with particular emphasis on insurance distribution) and the law and philosophy of sustainable development.
