Attorney-at-law. Member of the team handling litigation in the areas of civil law, financial market law, intellectual property and unfair competition. Her practice has included complex civil litigation in the FMCG and financial markets sectors, as well as class actions for damages and financial market claims. Advises companies on a wide range of civil, commercial and business law issues, including the development of litigation strategies in disputes involving multiple related proceedings. Participates in pre-litigation, litigation and enforcement proceedings.
