Experience
Attorney-at-law. Specialises in substantive and procedural civil law and in administrative and court administrative proceedings. Participates in the provision of current services of Polish and foreign businesses and in procedural support for clients from the construction, development, energy, production, retail and service sectors, as well as property leasing and management. Participated in the preparation of legal audits of companies, contract analysis, and legal titles to real estate. Has experience in the preparation of legal opinions in the area of civil and administrative law.
Combines professional activity with scholarly pursuits. Teaches postgraduate courses on contemporary inheritance law organised by the Chair of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Participates in national and international scientific conferences, including seminars dedicated to inheritance law organised by Expertenring - Erbrecht und Vermögensübergabe e.V. Defended her PhD thesis on the limits of assets disposal in the event of death in Polish law. Author of scientific publications in the scope of inheritance law. Secretary of the editorial board of the Transformations of Private Law journal.
