Experience
Attorney at law. She specialises in civil procedural law, property law, and also in inheritance law, family and custody law. She is also interested in private international law and criminal law.
Within the framework of her previous experience, she has provided services to Polish and foreign clients during negotiations as well as in representing clients before common courts of law. She is experienced in preparing procedural letters in the scope of civil law, as well as in the creation of procedural strategies in civil disputes.
She is also interested in the legal and economic aspects of Asia and of the Pacific region, as well as their cooperation with Poland. Coordinator of the Kubas Kos Gałkowski Asian Desk, supervises the work of the Japan Desk – the team providing legal assistance to investors from Japan. From 2021, lecturer of Japanese Contract Law at the School of Japanese Law and Culture at Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She is working on her PhD thesis on the impact of cultural and legal factors on mutual economic relations between Poland and Japan at the Jagiellonian University Faculty of International and Political Studies.
