Experience
Attorney at law. Specialises in civil substantive and procedural law. Collaborates with the team handling complex civil law proceedings and cases involving broadly understood commercial law, including company law. Supports the work of other teams on labour law issues, including but not limited to their day-to-day labour law activities and matters related to the hiring and firing of employees at all their stages.
Experienced in providing comprehensive advice to business entities at the pre-litigation stage, preparing litigation strategies, and conducting court and arbitration proceedings in cases from the construction, energy, automotive, and metallurgy sectors. Represents clients and participates in cases concerning claims for the payment of contractual penalties related to the performance of construction contracts, the performance of distribution and agency contracts, or in proceedings for the redress of damage caused by acts of unfair competition in the telecommunications market.
Also experienced in real estate law cases: for the return of expropriated property, acquisitive prescription, dissolution of co-ownership and division of inheritance, including real estate. Participated in preparing real estate due diligence reports, and also prepared legal opinions on substantive and procedural civil, commercial, and administrative law.
