The Jagiellonian University Team Participated in the Central and Eastern European Moot Competition

Enjoying the support of Kubas Kos Gałkowski, the Jagiellonian University Team took part in the 25th jubilee edition of the international Central and Eastern European Moot Competition in simulating court proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union which was held at the headquarters of the Court of Justice from 2 to 5 May 2019. The competition saw participation from teams representing the best universities of Central and Eastern Europe.
The competition has the form of a simulated hearing before the Court of Justice in Luxembourg and aims at providing participants with an opportunity of acquiring practical skills related to appearing in court, for example such as presentation and argumentation. The competition is organised by the British Law Centre under the patronage of the Court of Justice in Luxembourg and the University of Cambridge.
