On 31 March, the 12th edition of the Academy of Capital Companies featured a debate Arbitration Clauses in the Articles of Association – the Status of Corporate Arbitration Two Years After the Reform. Rafał Kos was one of the participants of the discussion.

The Academy included lectures and expert discussions on issues such as employee share ownership, funds in venture capital transactions, crowdfunding and mediation.
