For several years now, the Kubas Kos Gałkowski Law Firm has provided support for young lawyers. Investing in their development yielded results in the form of the creation of the Firm’s author programme entitled: Professional Experience. The programme aims to identify young talents and then to plan their individual development, tailored both to their predispositions and preferences.

The Professional Experience programme is based on two pillars:

• The Kubas Kos Gałkowski Scholarship
• Internships for students

In the frames of the Kubas Kos Gałkowski Scholarship, in cooperation with the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian Univeresity, our Law Firm announces the competition for the best law students and then selects the most talented participants, rewarding not only academic results, but also the variety of interests and social engagement. In the frames of the programme, Kubas Kos Gałkowski gives young talents the opportunity of a paid internship in our Firm, thus allowing them to gain professional experience and acquire practical skills under the tuition of the Firm’s Partners.
