As “no man lives by law alone”, and the Kubas Kos Gałkowski team is comprised of many personalities and passions, we have also become actively engaged in a number of charity projects unrelated to law. For several years, Kubas Kos Gałkowski employees have participated in subsequent editions of the Krakow Business Run – by running they benefit their health and they also raise money for charity.

Each year, Kubas Kos Gałkowski together with its employees engages in organising The Noble Package, an initiative aimed at providing aid to the most vulnerable residents of Krakow and the area. It also supports activities of the Fundacja o Zdrowie Dziecka in the frames of the Prawnicy Chorym Dzieciom project.

In 2013, our Partner, Barbara Jelonek-Jarco, PhD, was also engaged in the project of the Between Heaven and Earth Foundation – Lawyers Read to Children. The project consisted in recording two audio books – CDs with fairy tales by Ewa Maria Letka and Do You Know a Fairy by Elżbieta Pałasz. The project soundtrack was prepared by Piotr Rubik while introductions to the tales are delivered by Marzena Rogalska. In turn, in 2014 she took part in the project entitled Flavours of Heaven and Earth which resulted in the Foundation’s publishing of the Great Book of Cordial Recipes – income from the sales was donated to the Foundation’s wards – terminally ill children and their parents.

Our Firm also supports artists – in 2013 and 2014, the Firm sponsored Bogumił Książek’s exhibition – Aeneas and Diogenes, and also in 2014 an exhibition of works by Tytus Byczkowski.
