Patrycja Wysocka moderates Warsaw Day Panel on the effects of geopolitics and global trends on the energy disputes in CEE
Conference
16 May 2024
The World Arbitration Update (WAU) is a decentralised forum that brings the global community up to date on important and emerging issues in investment and international commercial arbitration and public international law.
The WAU panels will follow a dynamic format where a presenter will first provide an update of the issue that the panel will address, including relevant treaty and international customary norms, as well as case law. This will be followed by an open discussion among panelists, including practitioners, lawyers for investors, lawyers for states, arbitrators, officials of international organizations and arbitration centers, and academics. After each panel, there will be a networking space in the breakout rooms for panelists and WAU participants to meet and interact.
We especially invite you to attend the panel on Central and Eastern Europe – Warsaw Day – on Wednesday 22 May! During the panel, moderated by Patrycja Wysocka, partner and co-leader of the Energy & Natural Resources Practice at KKG, we will discuss the impact of geopolitics and global trends on energy disputes in Central and Eastern Europe.
Register and participate online or in-person.
