The 11th Financial Regulation Congress - FinReg 2023 took place on 16 and 17 November. At the event, panellists discussed, among other topics, technological changes in finance, innovative investments, DeFi, and the development of fintech. Discussions also covered the experience of forced restructuring of financial institutions, regulatory roles, and consumer perspectives.
On the second day, panel IV, 'Bankruptcy and restructuring of financial institutions - a consumer perspective,' featured attorney Wojciech Wandzel, partner at KKG. Other participants in the discussion were Bohdan Z. Pretkiel, PhD, financial lawyer, and Judge Łukasz Grzechnik, Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Restructuring of the District Court for the City of Warsaw.
The discussion was moderated by Karol Tatara, attorney and partner at Tatara i Wspólnicy.
