On 17 November, the 13th Jagiellonian Colloquium, organised by the Civil Law Department of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, took place in Krakow.

The conference’s theme was construction contracts in both the private and public investment sectors, with a particular focus on the issue of the valuation of performance and deadlines for the performance of the parties’ obligations, contractual penalties, and withdrawal from a construction contract.

Patrycja Wysocka, partner in KKG, participated in Panel III, “Withdrawal from a Construction Contract”, with a presentation on “Withdrawal from a Construction Contract in the Light of Public Procurement Law”.

Kubas Kos Gałkowski was a partner of the conference.
