We would like to inform you that Kamil Zawicki, attorney lat law has become the chairman of the Dispute Resolution Section of the Allerhand Institute. The creation of the new unit is the result of the Polish Congress of Court Disputes, Mediation and Arbitration, held in June 2013. Court proceedings before common courts of law, commercial and investment arbitration, mediation, conciliation as well as other alternative dispute resolution methods lie in the scope of the Section’s interests. The intention of the Section’s creators is the creation of a discussion, organizational and research forum for all types of initiatives, academic projects, including international and comparative law, conferences, trainings, and publications, falling within the above indicated scope.
