We would like to inform you that KKG partners Rafał Kos, attorney at law and Kamil Zawicki, attorney at law, have been appointed by the Deputy of the Council of Ministers, Minister of Economy Janusz Piechociński to the Team for system solutions in the scope of amicable dispute resolutions for commercial matters, facilitating the performance of business activities at the Ministry of Economy, the main objective of which is the preparation of proposals for action and changes in the law, aimed at disseminating alternative commercial dispute resolution methods and indicating directions for propagating this method in Poland.
The Team is comprised of law theoretics and practitioners, experts dealing with, among others, settling commercial disputes and representatives of the Ministry of Justice.
