On October 24-25, 2024, the “Solidarity Arbitration and Mediation Days” took place in Warsaw. This event, aimed at expressing the solidarity of the international arbitration and mediation community with those affected by the war in Ukraine, focused on current challenges and innovations in infrastructure, construction, and energy in Central and Eastern Europe.
The theme of this year's conference was: SHAPING HORIZONS: CURRENT CHALLENGES AND INNOVATIONS IN INFRASTRUCTURE, CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY IN CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE.
Maciej Durbas, partner and Arbitration Practice co-leader at KKG, moderated Panel II: The Coming Wave – Dispute Resolution in the Digital Age on the second day of the conference. The panel featured esteemed speakers who delved into real-world use cases and the actual impact new technologies are having on the dispute resolution market and its stakeholders.
As a non-profit event, all proceeds supported the scholarship fund for Ukrainian students and junior lawyers.
