The 13th Polish Congress on Data Protection Law took place from 28 to 30 October. The event brought together experts in the field of data protection and offered participants the opportunity to expand their knowledge and exchange experiences on the latest trends and legal challenges.

On the first day of the Congress, Grzegorz Pobożniak, attorney at law, gave a presentation entitled "Personal Data - Latest Trends and Key Case Law in Claiming Compensation". His presentation highlighted the current challenges in data protection and offered practical insights into pursuing claims in this area.

The Congress also covered a wide range of topics, including whistleblowers' data protection, artificial intelligence and GDPR-related issues, as well as other important aspects of data protection in the context of new technologies and legal regulations.
