Another conference organised by Must Read Media Publishing took place on 1 October. This time, the topic was compliance. The event included a discussion of the latest case law and current interpretations of regulations relating to compliance.

During the Congress, Maciej Durbas, Grzegorz Pobożniak, and Paweł Sikora, attorneys at law, presented a paper entitled Investigative Audit—Case Study. They discussed how the investigative audit supports internal and external processes and presented three cases in which it was applied.

The Congress also covered topics such as an effective compliance programme through the eyes of regulators in the US and UK, as well as ESG from the perspective of opportunities and growth for compliance professionals.

We want to thank the organisers and participants for their commitment and active participation in the event!
