The third Competition Law in Practice conference, organised by Must Read Media Publishing House, took place last Friday. During the conference, the latest case law and current interpretations of competition and consumer protection legislation were discussed.
The conference covered topics such as discrediting competitors as an abuse of a dominant position, competition law and the labour market, and consumer protection - greenwashing.
During the event, Agnieszka Trzaska-Śmieszek, attorney at law, discussed the specifics of unfair competition cases in court. Barbara Jelonek-Jarco, attorney at law, and Magdalena Krzemińska, attorney at law, presented practical issues related to private enforcement proceedings.
