Julita Zawadzka, Partner of KKG Legal's Wealth Management Practice, has become a member of the Team for Draft Legislation in the Field of Economic Law at the Institute for Legislation and Parliamentary Work of the Polish Bar Council.
The Institute for Legislation and Parliamentary Work is an initiative open to
attorneys who want to co-write and review legislation. Its goal is to shape
solutions that are relevant to the administration of justice and to the lives
of citizens across the social, economic, and civic spheres.
Julita Zawadzka's responsibilities in the team will include dealing with the following topics:
- business succession,
- family businesses,
- family foundations.
