The 14th Jagiellonian Colloquium, organized by the Department of Civil Law at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, took place on March 7, during which experts confronted Civil Code myths rooted in doctrine and case law.

The program included four sessions in which speakers critically analyzed established beliefs and offered new insights into fundamental issues of civil law.

One of the highlights of the conference was a paper by Professor Jerzy Pisuliński of the Jagiellonian University titled "Animus as a Co-Constitutive Element of Possession", answered by Julita Zawadzka, PhD, partner at KKG Legal.
